Wrong order

I have ordered nappies online size 3 and size 5 was delivered, i called to ask why i was asked to open the box because maybe inside its the correct size, well it was wrong still, i was told to log a return which i did they said it takes 24hrs which took longer i called again and i was told the courier will call me which they did not, i called again when will i get the correct size i was told i dont know, today the courier came and said they wont take an open box they didnt inform me that i need to close it back and besides the guys where rude and did not even wanna wait for a plan to be made for the box to be closed, firstly you sent the wrong item now i have to do all the admins and keep on calling the care centre, i called again after the courier situation i was told that they will call me back to tell me when will they come back for collection, all i want is my babies nappies i did not buy them for storaging but for usage, what must happen now with my baby with no nappies, i dont have another money to buy other nappies whilst waiting for your drama i want my babies nappies please.
