Wrong Order

I ordered a package off of Takealot today (06 May 2025). I paid for same day deliver because it was more convenient for me as I'm not always home. The package arrived around 4pm however there were items missing (i ordered 36 and only received 24). The customer service consultant stated that the package would be picked up tomorrow (07 May 2025) and would take a futher 2-3 days to be assessed before they ship out the correct package and that I would not be refunded the extra money I paid for same day delivery. This is a total inconvenience as I have to now arrange for someone to be at home for all of this. I am definitely not happy. There is a reason that I paid for same day delivery!
