Wrong order and refusal to replace

I have ordered a women's Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue perfume, they have sent me a D&G for men, I have logged a return, they came to collect it and they have sent me the very same perfume then I have logged a return again and requested my money back. They have refused to take it they say I have used it, what did is I have opened the perfume box because it doesn't describe whether the perfume is for men or women. They have made a mistake of picking a men's perfume and they don't want to account for their own mistakes, me as a customer have to suffer for their poor customer services. Takealot has became a bunch of shenanigans.
