Wrong order and no help

I ordered a fridge for my home, I got a headboard instead. I arranged for a return on 06/07 and have heard nothing from takealot. I had to phone in multiple times. Eventually they gave me a date for collection (10/07). They never arrived. When I called in they told me it had been rescheduled for 14/07. They refuse to give me my money back without collecting the item but I simply cannot get them to collect the item?

After having been on hold for 45 minutes to speak to a manager I get told that they simply cannot help me and no managers are available.

I am not sure what to do, I have no fridge in my house and a huge headboard that I did not want.

Customer service has been extremely unhelpful!
