Wrong order and Horrible service

I am super dissapointed with the service i have recived from this team ,I Ordered 3 Luggage's and they delivered 2 instead of 3 ,just after the delivery person left i called in and reported the issues but i was told to log an return request of "this is not what i ordered "that was on the 11 May to date am still getting a run a round. Its appealing. I have a trip Thursday hence i made the order but have no luggage's to travel with. I am seriously dissapointed. I have ordered before but have never experienced such a degradable service from Take a lot. This is the poorest of their service
