Wrong order

Ordered an item and it was not the correct item. Took it back to drop off point. Unprofessional service. I was told the correct item was out of stock, but when checking on the site, the item was available, but at a higher price than when I placed my order. When pointing this out, I received no reply about it. REALLY BAD service. I will not be making use of takealot again.
