wrong order

I have place an order online last week Monday, I order 2 Dvd's and the other one was wrong instead of getting the correct dvd that i ordered (***) they sent me a bluray dvd I called in and explained the story and that I wasnt sure about the cover and I removered the plastic to check indeed it was the wrong disc I left it in the office, I got to work this morning phoned takealot they said I must log a query which I did now I get an email from takealot saying they reject My query...Takealot is a poor dirty service because they should have told me that they dont have what I wanted instead they send me what I did not order it means my money went down the drain...I need some to explain to me why is this happening and why aint they taking this disc back, its not my fault that they sent a wrong order, it's either you send someone to collect this bluray thing or reverse my money I trust your service little did i know that i was wasting my time and energy.
