Wrong order

I ordered a microwave on the 30th of June 2021 on the 2nd of July they delivered a blanket instead of a microwave. I contacted them yesterday they promised to rectify their mistake and deliver a correct order. I also contacted them today they promise to get back to me but they didn't. I am so annoyed because I have to follow-up on them every time. They are not communicating with me I am not sure if I will receive my microwave.
