Wrong MXQ PRO Android 12.1 TV Box supp****

I ordered and paid more for MXQ PRO Android 12.1 TV Box. They delivered a slow and poor performance 11.1 TV Box which do not have showmax preloaded as stated on their advert. I could not load showmax manually since their google play is not functioning. Very poor service from Takealot.
