Wrong (lower cost) item in box, no help from Takealot

I have been a regular customer with Takealot for several years, however I recently received a parcel with missing items. Two items were missing, quite costly ones, and instead I received a small box with a low-cost item I did not order. I have reported this repeatedly, by mail and phone, and nothing has been done for three weeks now. I just received a brand new email from them asking from scratch what the issue is, when I have already explained it repeatedly, providing all numbers and box numbers etc as requested. I will simply no longer buy anything from them as they cannot be trusted.
