Wrong Items send twice in a row

I ordered an Item and they send me the wrong item, the it took them 18 days to swop item around with the same wrong item as the first time. There staff is so unproffesional and there is no contact number for them. Now it becomes my problem on my expense to drive up and down after them. The problem is they barcode the wrong product everytime and although I have pointed this out in the first delivery they have not corrected the mistake, but instead send me the same wrong product twice.
