Wrong items recieved twice

I have ordered an item TWICE and recieved the wrong thing TWICE. I keep on getting the PROFFESIOAL DSLR CAMERA CLEANING KIT. I would like the correct item this time (MULTIFUNCTIONAL MONOCULAR ASTRONOMICAL TELESCOPE CLIP) and no courier fee. Ordered it on ***6 as well. Please see attached photos. Was ordered through my wifes account (***)
