Wrong items received, zero assistance.

Takealot customer service/ticketing system is a joke. Try phone them, wait hours on end to get through. So end up logging a ticket online; received completely different items as to what I ordered. Ask for help with their support, log a return if you unsatisfied with the items- super have not yet received my items. Multiple tickets open/and close without resolution.. Finally they want to come collect the items they have not yet delivered and provide credit. I just want the items I ordered... Their support agents copy paste the same "resolutions". Scared to give them theses items, they might just end up losing it too.
