Wrong items received

I ordered 4 items on black friday. 2 arrived correctly. The other 2 items were in the same box. It was 2 toys. When i opened the box it was an apron. Not what i ordered. I returned it and the system showed i returned 2 items. I asked for the same item to be shipped to me, as i got it on the black Friday price. So i still want the item. They credit my account for 1 item, but, the other item is still showing that i have to return it. But i never got it. I phoned and they told me they will resolve it. I am still waiting.
