Wrong items packed in the order!!! ****med?!!!

On 25 January 2023 I ordered a couple of items at takealot and I got notification that they were teady to be collected on 26 January 2023. I arrived at the Milnerton Collection point at around 8:30am and collected the items. Went to work Vida across the road and worked from there and also open the parcels to see if all items were per my order.

Two items were incorrect: Samsung A33 50G which was meant to be a Dual Sim card but it had only a single sim port which was shocking???!! An electric toothbrush which was meant to be Pink but instead they gave a light blue another shocker???!

I am not sure if the people that pack these things actually check the order vs what they are packing???!! This created such an inconvenience for cause since I was still across the road at Vida I logged the returns of these products and I went to the collection point to drop them off and I was told they could not take the items because they were still being reviewed for approval? How? You gave me wrong stuff, so what must you still approve?

Now I had to go home with the wrong items, wait for takealot to approve NONSENSE then drop it off and their wait for more days while they evaluate then a week or so later go collect it again with the hope that they wont stuff it up again???

I am utterly disgusted by this type of service which also wastes my time and creates such an inconvenience???!! Can I get the correft phone I ordered ASAP as well correct toothbrush???!!!
