Wrong items in delivery twice
Takealot sent me the wrong quantities of items in my order. Original response was OK but they delivered the short item late and the item delivered wasn't even the correct item.
They are now not even responding to my support query for this. It is really such a small item but I will reconsider using them again for future orders because of the chance of this happening with larger orders (which I also make regularly).

12 Jun 2018, 17:41Update: Takealot collected the item and refunded me the wrong amount. So I essentially was ****med out of money by Takealot. Still no response on the matter.
