Wrong items from Takealot

I ordered 4 items from Takelot (all were Christmas gifts), and when I collected, the only thing in the box was a keyring. The Takealot lady at the depot in Edenvale used my phone and account to refund my account and to this day, I am fighting with Takealot to receive my refund. You can't get through on their contact numbers and emails from them take you around in circles! Shocking experience from takealot.
