Wrong Items Delivered, Return process is terrible.

After waiting two weeks for delivery, and another week for the return not to be fully concluded, I am absolutely frustrated with this experience. I first received the wrong items, and now one of them is no longer available. To make matters worse, if I need to reorder, I’ll be forced to pay for delivery AGAIN! This is completely unfair and unreasonable. It’s incredibly disappointing to deal with such poor service and lack of accountability.
