Wrong items delivered or not in packaging

I am so upset with the service I recently received from Takealot. I have ordered 4 of the same items only received 3 in a box , reported it on the 4th upon receiving it said it will he resolved within 48 hours up to now , no response , and this was xmas gifts now 3 of out of the 4 received theirs and the other one is waiting ?

I placed another order for other items 5 of the same cordless skipping ropes , received one in a box the other box I received 2 massage things , how does this work , I paid for items and then this is what you get ?

No Takealot fix this problem immediately or I want my money back and not on credit in cash cause I wont purchase anything if this is the case
