Wrong items delivered and then not refund the money paid????

I ordered a Laptop Battery and paid online. Your staff send 3 x times the wrong model battery and now I am unable to find a link, on your site to arrange full refund ???? I am very disappointed in the service, if anyone from your office want to take time and call me on ***urgently 😤😤😤😤
