Wrong items

Purhased flashlights QD-950 ,when items arrived it was a different flashlight Q-S108 which are totally different by part number, specification and price. Items were returned and explained which are the correct item both available on their platform. Reordered items arrived and still the same ,this causes lost of time and money on both takelot and clients side. It seems that personel at distribution warehouse are not competent with basic warehouse logistics in short ***********. I opted for a refund to take my bussines elsewhere.
