Wrong item. TWICE!!!!!!

Ordered a black sneaker online and chose a specific collection point. Few days later I got a message to say my parcel is ready for collection. After collecting, I returned home and opened the parcel. It was a completely different colour. I logged a return ticket explaining that I wanted the black sneaker. The website didn't even have options for different colours so there's no way I could have chosen this. I made it clear that I wanted the black sneaker that I ordered. Return ticket was accepted and I dropped the sneaker off again. Few days later I got a message saying the sneaker has been delivered again. I went to collection point and collected. This time I opened it at the collection point to make sure its what i ordered. Guess what? They sent the exact same sneaker that was originally sent. I logged a return while I was there and requested a refund instead. Too much time and effort wasted and i dont trust that they'd gey it right if i requested a change again. Even though my wife has used takealot before, this is the first time I've used it for an order. And definitely the last!!!!
