Wrong Item Taken during Product Return

A returned Solar Lights (25W X 4 +100W X 2, I ordered another solar (60W) light from another company. The delivery of the 60W light was made to a secretary, the collection of the returned light was handled by the same secretary. When the collection of my return was being collected, the secretary accidentally also gave the TakeAlot worker the 60W light. Which was not part of the return...

Now the 60W is missing. Picked up by TakeAlot without any reference number, any TakeAlot is silent...no feedback....no 60W light.

How can one book a return of an item without a reference number?
