Wrong item size.

Hellopeter I have ordered some items at takealot and my order was delivered on the 23rd August 2023. In one of the boxes sent there was a Clere Pure Glycerine which I ordered as 2x 200ml but they've sent me 2x 100ml. I contacted them notifying them that they've sent me incorrect size of that Glycerine. I was asked to send so many evidence on doing that I even send them a screen shot of the item description which shows it is 200ml, still they refuse sending me the remaining 200ml Glycerine. Today they've sent me a new description link that doesn't match the original description which I've used when placing my orders. Cleo N her team said they can't help me. I'm so sad about this matter.
