Wrong item sent(cheaper item than what I ordered.)

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I am extremely upset with this place service after waiting almost 2 weeks for my order to be delivered they deliver the WRONG item. I ordered Lataffa Eclaire Perfume which costs R589 instead of sending the correct perfume they send me a CHEAP perfume named Miss Smoo Midnight raw flowers valued at not even 200 rands now i am never one to complain but this just ****es me off a person had to wait two weeks just to get the wrong product and worst thing of all it’s a cheap knock off perfume that’s much less than the actual one I was not told that the lataffa was out of stock infact it shows that the lataffa eclair on the picture I need urgent answers!!!! I want my perfume I ordered I logged a return but I don’t want to wait another week I am livid!
