WRONG ITEM SENT AND 23 MIN ON THE PHONE WITH NO ANSWER

This is so wrong, I have been holding on for 21 min they sent the wrong tap I ordered and I need the tap tomorrow the plumber is booked. The is service for you, dont you check the stock before you send it, waste my time.
