Wrong item send

I ordered a portable screen of R4500, they send me external hard drive. Because of their mistake and their returns policy I have to wait weeks to receive the correct item I have paid for. I have requested to speak to a manager several times, but have not heard from one. this is unexpectable, I need the item for work
