Wrong item received. Takealot does nothing.

I ordered a photo box on takealot. The description states it is 40 x 40cm and it comes with 2 colour backgrounds. The one I received was 20 x 20cm and came with 5 colour backgrounds. It was a completely different product. I logged an exchange because the item is not as description. Takealot only wanted to do a refund. I told them if I got the refund and ordered the same thing, they would probably send me the wrong item again. They logged a refund and then cancelled the refund. Numerous emails were sent and they have yet to reply. I paid for an item incorrectly supp****. Not as advertised and they are ignoring my requests and emails. This is unacceptable! I would like the correct item that I paid for sent to me. It is against the consumer act to sell an item that is described in one way, but them arrives totally different.
