Wrong Item Received, Incorrect Refund and No Urgent Resolution

Takealot refunded me R18 instead of R168 after sending me the wrong item.I am extremely disappointed with the way Takealot has handled my order and refund.I ordered an item for R168 as a gift for a baby shower but when my order arrived I received the wrong item. Since I received something completely different from what I ordered I had to return it.I expected to receive a full refund of the R168 I paid instead I was shocked to receive only R18.I contacted Takealot about the incorrect refund but I am now expected to wait yet another week if not weeks just to get clarity on a refund for an error that was not caused by me. What makes this even more frustrating is that this was a baby-shower gift and because of this whole situation, I now have nothing to give and have been left having to sort out a problem that should never have happened in the first place. This experience has honestly demotivated me from shopping with Takealot again. I have used Takealot expecting a convenient and reliable service but this situation has been extremely disappointing.I simply want an explanation for why I was refunded R18 instead of R168 and for the outstanding R150 to be refunded without further delays.
