Wrong item received and still waiting

Goodday. I ordered a product through Takealot. The incorrect package was delivered by me on the 1st of December 2017. I was told to log a return so I did. I also informed them that this is a Christmas present and that I need it before Christmas. I was promised that the correct package will be delivered before Christmas. The package was collected from me on the 3rd of December 2017 and it reached their warehouse on the 7th of December 2017. I have been calling several times each day and sending emails. No one can tell me where my package is and when I will have it. I am still waiting
