Wrong item received

I ordered a kitchen mixer from them. Received the sms and mail that the it's ready for pick-up 3 days later - very good. As soon as they handed me the parcel, I saw it was the wrong size. Opened it in the pick-up centre and show the lady - I ordered a sink mixer, I received a pair of motorbike gloves. ***???

The return process was started immediately. They were going to refund me but I stated clearly that I want the item and NOT a refund. After about 4 or 5 days passed, I received another mail stating that the new item will be ready for pick-up a week later.

I first ordered and paid 19 Oct and the pick-up now (hopefully the correct item) will only be ready 10th of November. ???

I also clear stated that the item must be delivered to my door and I will not be paying for their mistake - this request was ignored.

Hopefully someone from management will contact me.

Very bad service.
