Wrong item received

I ordered a Xiaomi mi band 4 but delivered something else. When I place my order online I saw what I wanted and all the features including Mi Fit app was recommended. After I received the watch I downloaded Mi Fit app and it didn't work until I scan the qr code on manua it showed HryFine app and then I realized this isn't what I ordered. On the website I showing the Xiaomi mi band4 package as well, this is misleading customers and this isn't first time. Am disappointed with this. They must fix it or refund me.
