Wrong item - no help

I ordered a Golf set - One tennis racquet was delivered. I refused to sign knowing that a wrong item was being delivered to me. I sent the item back with the courier unopened. He called his manager at Mr D to confirm that this was in order before taking the package away.<br> I called Takelaot to notify them of this and request that my correct item, the one that I had PAID for be delivered to me ASAP.<br> They informed me that I should have accepted the package, taken pictures and then email them. Why would I knowingly sign and accept the wrong package. Why is the onus on the consumer - is it the consumers fault that the wrong item was received??? How pathetic!<br> <br> Needless to say no one at the call centre was intereted in helping. In fact, I have left my details twice and the supervisor/manager has not even bothered to call back.<br> <br> My advise - only use Takelaot if you are willing to go accept this terrible service.<br>
