Wrong item delivery. Unfair customer treatment

I have bought few products/items from takealot one of the items is wrong however when I want to return it they say “ Hi Siphiwe, Thank you for contacting Takealot.com. Regrettably, we are unable to assist you with the exception of logging a return for this item as it is a non-returnable item. The item can only be returned if it is NWIO or damaged.” Like *** 🤬 I would understand if they brought the right item but it was the total wrong item that i bought so how is that my fault? . They giving bad customer service as a client I was given a wrong product compared to what I bought then they tell me that they can’t accept it back or change it that’s really unfair they actually ****** me my money . Be careful when you use them they are starting to treat us like dogs they just want to take out money that’s what matters they don’t care if the client is happy on the other end . I am very disappointed ☹️
