Wrong Item delivery

I have had the worst experience with Takealot. My order was incorrect, and I had to log return.. I received a speaker insed of a battary.. It will take more than a month to receive the money.. then I can order the correct item again... It is the second time it happened to me.. The phone opperator cant even speak English properly.. I have to repeat the order no 5 times.. Never ever will I order from takealot eve EVER!!!! again. Read the reviews.. Money gone and no items received.
