wrong item delivered with no follow up

<p>I ordered a R6000 blender and got a chrome jug, not even worth 10% of the item I ordered. Logged a complaint, with no response. Phoned and was informed that there is an investigation. Was promised a reponse the next day. That did not happen phoned again and was told an investigation takes 24 working hours, but could not be guaranteed when I would get a response. Meanwhile I ordered items from a competitor with absolute stirling service . The level of service from Takealot is very poor in deed. </p>
