Wrong item delivered no refund

Ordered a cellphone & Takealot delivered a different phone of which I returned. They recieved the item and I have now choosen to ignore me. No updates , no conclusion , no refund so I had to log a ***** case with my bank and an official complaint with consumer protector. Never again will I order even a stone from Takealot they've really lost the plot from what they use to be
