Wrong item delivered from Takealot

Order a blackrapid camera strap from Takealot, guess what I get when I open the box that was delivered a UPS. It is unacceptable that if something like this happens that the same proses is followed as with a normal return. Now me as the customer just have to be patient and wait so that they can fix their mistake.
