Wrong item delivered

We ordered a sandpit for my son's birthday and we received a cabinet. We have requested that they fix this and supply us with the sandpit. We returned over 10 days ago and still not received this. I think this is the worst service I have gotten from you guys. Not once we have had an issue like this. We still have not heard anything and this is not excepted
