Wrong item delivered and refused to return item or refund

Takealot has the worst customer service. I ordered a Mercedes LED screen and paid R4799. After i opened the package I saw the yearmodel was incorrect and could not be fitted in my car. I immediately took the product back to their office in Despatch/Uitenhage. Now takealot says they can't exchange my product because it has been used. The box was opened and my car technician saw that the year model was not the correct one that I ordered and I took it back within a hour from when I received it. I am very unsatisfied because now I am sitting with a product that I did not order and they are refusing to refund or to return they item for the correct year model. Almost 5000 rand that I saved up for nothing. Please be aware of this company they are ****mers and it does not help to contact anyone because they just say sorry it's not our department. Please don't buy from takealot they are very unprofessional but they know how to ***** money from good people. Very unsatisfied customer.
