Wrong item delivered and now out of stock.

We ordered a 55” Hisense TV past Saturday. When we ordered and paid there was 11 left. After we have paid and next day checked on delivery status it said they still had 3 in stock. Today the tv arrived, wrong inch tv. They sent a 43” because they are out of stock on the one we paid for when it “still had 11 in stock” the time we paid. Did they hope we will not notice? We obviously didn’t accept it as it is not what we paid for. Now take a lot’s reason for the return is that we refused to accept it! Off co**** we refused because it is wrong!!! The status should’ve been wrong item!!! Now we have to wait to get our money back and don’t get the TV because they are all of a sudden out of stock!!!!
