Wrong item delivered and cannot be replaced although the product is still available on the site

I ordered two 1400ml ice coffee makers. Upon delivery I noted I had received one 1400ml and one 1000ml iced coffee makers.

I indicated on my return that I wanted a replacement. However after completing the return I received a mail saying the item is no longer available. I check the site again and the exact same product is still available but instead R350 it's now R600. As a result Takealot (it seems) decided not to honour our purchase agreement. Very poor business practice. I actually feel ****** not to mention the time and energy to log the return and wait for the pickup most of olSaturday
