wrong item delivered
<p> Take alot delivered me the wrong size Item by there mistake . I phoned them as soon as I opened the box to speed up the process of there mistake. They told me it needs to be investigated and there is a process they cant tell me a exact date I will recieve the correct item or refunded. I understand everyone is human and make mistakes but its the way the problem is handled which makes it worse.</p>

thank you takealot things seem to be going to resolved they contacted me today and apologise I want to delete this review now because its negative and I feel take alot were more helpfull today and dont deserve the critic anymore.

So i felt better about Takealot since they seem to be able to resolve my problem but unfortunatly they let me down again by bringing me again the wrong size .... no words how difficult can it be.

they told me if they dont have my size I will have to wait 7 working days for a refund my money and there mistake sad...

still waiting for my own money i got nothing out of this just paying someone delivered me the wrong item TWICE and now I have to ask politetly for a return.
