WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

My experience with takealot is very bad, I'm not happy at all.

I have ordered an iphone 11 on the 25th May 2026 which was R4500, they came and delivered power bank on the 26😩, I requested a return and they came to collected the item, they then sent an email saying that my return was rejected because it is nolonger the same weight which I didn't understand because I returned the whole item including the papers that was in there. I have been calling buyung airtimes seeking for help but there was no tangible feedback, I called almost everyday but no help, today on the 3rd of June 2026 they came and delivered the same wrong product again saying my return was rejected. I don't understand anymore and I don't want anything from takealot anymore I just want my whole money back I'm tired, that was my last NSFAS money
