Wrong item delivered.

I have been using Takealot for many years without many negative incidents, last year I bought a Smart TV that was going at a good price, TV was delivered but I only unpacked the TV when my renovation to cottage was complete, only to find that the wrong model TV was delivered. I logged a return, filled in info as best as possible on their site, returned the TV to a pickup point, and since then I have been in contact with consultant after consultant who fail to log the query only to call back and find no record of my previous query. It is now April and still no resolution.
