WRONG ITEM DELIVERED

I ordered two Dell Allinone PC's and it was listed as QB24250 Model at R31349-00 each, in spite of the delayed delivery i received my order after 13 days, they delivered wrong cheaper models and i had to request for a refund to my bank account, after a week long money still did not reflect in my bank account, only today when i checked the money reflects on my takealot account. For the money to be paid into my bank account i tried to call customer care but no one answered until i dropped the call after 16 minutes, this is a bad service that i did not expect fromTakealot
