Wrong Item Deliverd and not Giving an Alternative

Good Day , this is with Sadness and disappointment that i write this review, i ordered a himedia q10 pro 4k 3d media from you guys waited almost 3 weeks for the product just for the wrong item to be delivered , i checked today on my order list and you guys just casually refunded me my Money with no other Alternative of sending me the device i ordered and the worst of it all not even refunding my Courier Cost , please advise what the process is for out of stock items or wrongly delivered items , now today some one is sitting with the device i ordered...
