WRONG ITEM BAD OPERATOR STAY AWAY

I received wrong item. I logged properly return and send pictures to Liziwe as she asked me to. She puts the phone down and she never called me back. All takealot operators have very bad communications s****s. I sent her again and again she said pls send it. It cost me R30 to call them and sort what they should have sorted at first place.
