Wrong Item and then the same one again...

I've ordered something on 6 November 2018 and the WRONG item was finally delivered on 15 November, a lot later than said... After numerous emails and phone calls on my account they picked up the item with promises of getting the the right item within 3 days. So today I finally got the delivery but it it is exactly the wrong item I've sent back. I've compared the barcode because they've asked me the first time to send them photos... ? Besides today being 4 December 2018, way longer than the 3 days promised. Even if this ever gets resolved I will delete my Takealot account and the app and tell everyone that asks not to use them... After this it will be Facebook...
