Wrong item again (2nd wrong item in one month)

This is now the 2de item in 1 month and the 5th time overall since I have been buying from Takealot that I have received the wrong item I have become truly disappointed in Takealot as some of the items where actually gifts and the disappointment when opening the items was unreal especially for children, get your act together and see who packed the items and discipline them , only saving grace giving them a 2 star and not a 1 star is the actual come to fetch the items and actually offer your money back or send the right item, get your act together Takealot really
